I was impressed that Sara was able to help me find the parts I needed over the phone as quickly as she did, and on top of that had all the k formation at her fingertips about a bike I had purchased from them 7 years ago & was able to quickly find parts for it as well. Im very happy with how comfortable I felt dealing with a parts desk person about something I am not familiar with. I will certainly be going back in the future. Oh, the prices were surprisingly reasonable. I checked online after I got home & just for fun was actually cheaper than what I could find on these components!! (Employee: Sara Dolezal)
