Just for Fun Honda is the Standard that I hold all bike shops to.
Just for Fun Honda continues to impress me. I live over two hours away and I keep finding myself back at their facility. Three real-world experiences I'd like to point out:
1. Only one of two shops in the entire state of Ohio that had the 2019 CB650R's in stock when they first came out. Believe me - I looked everywhere. Other shops told me the same thing until I went there, then they informed me that it was in stock but needed to be shipped in. Thats not in stock. Just For Fun had the thing in the shop, in the flesh. When they say they have something, they mean it.
2. After purchase I briefly experienced a moment of buyers remorse, thinking I purchased a bike that was too much for me (being a relatively new rider, 650's can be a bit aggressive). I asked Brian if I could trade this brand new 650 in for something smaller, knowing I would be taking a large loss on the trade in. Although he was willing to do so (and make money on two bike sales instead of one), he did try and talk me out of it and encourage more time with the 650. He was right, and I ended up keeping and falling in live with my 650.
3. I wanted a QuickShifter installed a few months after purchase. Out of nearly 10 facilities that I contacted, most would not install it or did not return my calls, and a few literally did not even know what Quick Shifters were. Called up Just For Fun when I exhausted all other closer options and Brian said he'd be happy to do it. Should have started with Just For Fun and saved me the time and hassle. They did a great job installing it for a price that came in below what I was expecting. Loving the Quick Shifter by the way.
These guys are over two hours away but they are now my go-to and the standard I hold everyone else to. Cannot give them a higher recommendation. (Employee: Brian Haueter)
